The Lodge features 10 bedrooms, each with private baths. Our guest rooms do not have telephones or TVs so that you may completely relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. With accommodations for up to 32 people, The Ponderosa Lodge is the perfect setting for group retreats.

Our Policies
To make a reservation, please call our toll free number, 877-246-9972. Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest in a room is $10. A two night minimum stay is required. Rates and minimum stay may vary according to season. Prices do not include applicable taxes.

Deposit:  A credit card - Mastercard, Visa, or Discover - is required when making a reservation. A 50% down payment of the total is due for confirmation of the reservation.   Deposits are accepted by credit card or check and are due within 7 days. A written confirmation will be sent upon deposit receipt.

Cancellation: We are a privately run lodge. As such, cancellations affect us greatly. We do not overbook rooms. We hold your reservations for those dates, turning others away for that time period. Therefore, cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the reservation period. A refund will be granted for a cancellation only if  rooms are re-rented for your reservation period.  A 20% service charge will be deducted from all rental refunds.  No shows and early departures will be charged for the full amount of their reservation. Cancellation requests must be made by speaking directly with the innkeepers - cancellations left on the answering machine, postal mail, email or through any other method will not be honored.

Pets: We regret that we do not offer lodging for pets due to insurance coverage. We can recommend kennels in the area for people travelling with pets.

Check-in time is 3 PM. If you will be arriving after 10 PM please inform us beforehand. Check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out time must be arranged prior to arrival and written in the confirmation letter. Our entire facility is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside.
